Terms of service are subject to change without notice.

If you have requested a commission or purchased an adopt then you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms of service. I will not be held responsible for lack of reading or comprehension.

X Fan Art (Exceptions vary, feel free to ask!)
X Animals/Ferals (Small mammals are ok!)

X Offensive or Religious Content


Delivery time
✿ Please do not rush me! Be patient!
✿ You are always free to ask about any concerns regarding your commissions but please only do so after you’ve checked my to-do list, which I update daily.


Commissions
✿ I have the right to reject a commission without explanation.
✿ I only work with fully colored and clear references. I do NOT accept descriptions unless it is a custom and we discuss it like so.
✿ I use a slot based system. Claiming a slot is first-come, first-served unless stated otherwise.


Adopts
✿ Adopts are to be paid within the stated time limit after they are claimed or the bidding ended. This is usually within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise.
✿ Adopts are to be paid in full before receiving the files. No exceptions.
✿ I will notify you if you win. Failure to respond within 48 hours will automatically retract your claim and you will be blocked.
✿ Payment plans are accepted with a down payment if adopt is over $80. Discuss it with me beforehand.


Payment
✿ I accept PayPal only.
✿ Send payment only after I have accepted your commission or notified you about an adopt.
✿ Please send payment in up to 48 hours after the agreement.
✿ I will only start working after I receive the payment.


PayPal
✿ All payments through PayPal must be made in USD.
✿ You must be 18 or older in order to use PayPal as a payment method.
✿ After I have accepted your order, I will send you a PayPal link or invoice.
✿ This purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.
✿ There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs and finished commissions. No exceptions.
✿ The order will be processed after the service is rendered.


Refunds
✿ You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation and I have not started your order.
✿ The amount will decrease depending on how far along I am with the commission [after a certain point, a refund will not be given].
✿ I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason and without explanation.
✿ You are not to chargeback or demand a refund for completed work regardless of reason.
✿ Chargebacks will get you blocked. Please talk to me first if you desire a refund.

Cancellations
✿ Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.
✿ I have to full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation.
✿ Cancellation of payment plans are acceptable but there will be no refunds. Please be aware of this.

Corrections and Revisions
✿ If I make a blaring character mistake on a finished piece, please point it out so that I may correct/revise at no additional cost.
✿ It is the commissioner’s responsibility to provide specific details of the character that should not be missed.
✿ I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something that was not obvious, clear, or previously specified.
✿ Please note that I have a certain style and will not change it or emulate another artist’s style. Therefore, I will not make any changes that are based on art style.
✿ I will NOT redo a commission.
✿ If there are any minor mistakes [e.g. animation is off, stray pixels, etc.] I will fix them no additional cost. However, I will be the judge of what counts as minor or doable.


Copyrights, Permissions, and Commercial Rights
✿ Commissions are for personal use only.
✿ Commercial rights can be discussed in private but they will always cost extra.
✿ As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork.
✿ The commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.
✿ The commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason.
✿ The commissioner may repost artwork on any other site but must always provide proper credit.
✿ The commissioner must credit me at all times for any commissioned artwork.
✿ It is the commissioner’s responsibility to save all artwork as I clear out my folders frequently.


By commissioning me, you are fully agreeing to the terms of service without exception.
